My Dear Relatives everywhere,

Speaking on behalf of Kapulli Turtle Island Multiversity, I want to call upon all of you to familiarize yourself with an allied organization called World Can't Wait. Their website is www.worldcantwait.org. This enterprise is the product of United States citizens who fully understand that an illegitimate gang of fascists have seized control of the government and mean to dominate the world with the same brute force we have experienced from past empires. World Can't Wait is calling for and working for the removal of George Walker Bush and his fellow thugs from their current positions. They need to be in a court of law and not in the centers of power.

We at Kapulli Turtle Island Multiversity are proposing a nation wide and world wide conversation leading to what we are calling a people’s declaration of a state of emergency. This effort will lead to a mass non-violent movement to replace the current government with some kind of a care-taker government until we can arrange fair and free elections which will be supervised internationally. I realized that these are drastic steps, but we find ourselves facing the prospects of an endless war of theocracy which none of us want. Of the Democratic Party for its part is useless although there are a few decent people in that organization. The Green Party and other would-be progressive organizations can't seem to get their act together. Thus organizations such as World Can't Wait and Kapulli Turtle Island Multiversity will join forces and together we will build a permanent and revolutionary movement capable of not only getting rid of George Bush, but replacing the empire with a democracy and a real republic. Thus, I want to again call upon the world to materially and spiritually support World Can't Wait as well as our enterprise. Another world really is possible. Thank You again, these are my words I take full responsibility for them.

Brother Ray Tricomo
